1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "Player") and cuci 7 ("we", "the platform"), governing your use of the website, services, and all games available on cuci 7.

3. Account Registration

One account per player is a rule that will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at cuci 7 at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — is a serious violation that will result in:

• Forfeiture of all account balances, including winnings and bonuses across all associated accounts.
• Permanent ban from re-registering on cuci 7.

4. Deposit & Payment Methods

5. Withdrawals

Cuci 7 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawals promptly and without hassle. Our withdrawal policy is as follows:

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in the name of the member verified with cuci 7. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. cuci 7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000, for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

Any withdrawals made while an account is under investigation may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. cuci 7 will not process withdrawals if there is evidence that the funds were obtained in violation of our terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Cuci 7 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Welcome Bonus (up to RM 888): For new members on first deposit only. One claim per member, per device, per IP address, and per residential address. A minimum rollover of 20x the bonus amount is required before any withdrawal can be made.
• Rollover Requirement: Rollover means you must wager the total amount of (deposit + bonus) × the rollover multiplier before any winnings from bonus use can be withdrawn. Example: A RM 100 bonus with a 20x rollover = you must wager RM 2,000 first.
• Sports Betting contributes 100% towards the rollover. Slots contribute 100%. Live Casino contributes only 10% towards the bonus rollover. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not count towards the rollover calculation.

7. General Sports Betting & Gaming Rules

The cuci 7 Sports Betting section covers the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, BWF World Tour badminton, e-sports, and over 50 other leagues. The general betting rules are as follows:

• All bets confirmed by the system are final and cannot be cancelled or modified, except as expressly provided under the relevant rules.
• If a match is cancelled and not replayed within 12 hours of the scheduled kick-off time, all bets will be voided and stakes returned to members' account balances.
• For live bets that are in progress when a match is suddenly suspended or cancelled, settlement rules based on the current score or the specific league's rules will apply.
• Cuci 7 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet placed based on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to technical or human error.
• For casino games and slots, the outcome of each game is determined by an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) — cuci 7 has no control over individual game results.

• Multiple Accounts: Opening or using more than one account to circumvent limits or claim bonuses multiple times.
• Money Laundering: Using cuci 7 as a channel to process illicit funds or money from unlawful sources.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing opposing bets (arbitrage), using automated software (bots), or colluding with other players to manipulate the bonus system.
• Match Manipulation: Attempting to exploit technical errors or software vulnerabilities, or colluding with cuci 7 staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Illicit Fund Transfers: Using a cuci 7 account as an intermediary to transfer funds between different parties.
• Misuse of Inside Information: Using information not available to the public to gain an unfair advantage in Sports Betting.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Cuci 7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that a member does not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., underage or using a false identity).
• Activity suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Upon request by law enforcement or relevant authorities.
• A self-exclusion request from the member themselves.

When an account is closed for legitimate reasons (not due to misconduct), any remaining balance will be returned to the member once the investigation is complete and full verification has been carried out. If the closure is the result of a terms violation, cuci 7 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances with no obligation to issue a refund.
